- Carolyn Seale, PT, DPT
Carolyn Seale,PT, DPT is originally from Hickory, North Carolina. She graduated from Elon University with a BS in exercise sports science at Elon University BS (2002). She then went on to Duke University for her doctorate of physical therapy (2005). She has over five (5) years experience serving patients as a doctor of physical therapy. Carolyn has attended continuing education courses in neurological impairments (brain injury and stroke) and women's health issues (incontinence, pelvic pain, pelvic floor, pregnancy and post partum and osteoporoses). She has experience working with a variety of patients from general de-conditioning to low back pain to pelvic floor.

- Tosha Henk, PT, DPT, CLT
Tosha is originally from Pennsylvania. She graduated from Slippery Rock University with a BS in Exercise Science (2005) and her doctorate in Physical Therapy (2008). Tosha has four years of experience treating patients in outpatient, acute, and short term and skilled nursing rehabilitation settings. In addition to treating general orthopedic conditions, Tosha has received her certification in lymphedema therapy and also has training in treating patients with vestibular disorders.

- Holly Hunnicutt, PT
Holly Hunnicutt graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 1985 with a B.S. in P.T. She has practiced P.T. for 26 years primarily in out-patient settings but also in home health and acute care. She has also managed two physical therapy clinics in Raleigh. Her specialties include manual therapy (spinal, neural mobilization, pelvic dysfunctions and general orthodpedic), lymphedema therapy and cancer therapy. She has had training in TMJ, vestibular rehab, craniosacral, myofascial release along with other courses related to orthopedic manual therapy.

Cheryl received her Bachelor's of Science in Exercise Physiology from Florida Atlantic University where she swam Division II swimming. She graduated from Alvernia College with her Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy. She has worked in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy for 15 years and specializes in lymphedema and cancer rehab.

- Charlene Zimmerman, PT, DPT
Charlene Zimmerman is originally from the St. Louis, MO area. She graduated in 2007 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, ranked the second best physical therapy school in the nation by US News and World Report. Charlene has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, skilled nursing and outpatient orthopedics. She specializes in movement impairment syndromes. Charlene has an interest in working with athletes to decrease joint pain during their sport as well as growing adolescents. She has also been trained in vestibular disorders, cervical pain, back pain and internal pelvic strengthening.

- Brad Hancock, MPT
Brad Hancock is a native of the Raleigh, NC area. After receiving his Bachelor's of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from East Carolina University, he went on to earn his Master's of Science in Physical Therapy graduating 1st in his class. While managing and operating physical therapy practices in Beaufort and Bluffton, SC and as Rehabilitation Director at Hampton Hospital in Hampton, SC he received specialty certification to include treatment and management of lumbar and sacral disorders and treatment of the elbow, wrist, and hand, treatments of balance and vestibular disorders as well as specialization in orthopedics, foot and ankle biomechnanics, orthotic casting, and spine/neck treatments. Brad Hancock has now returned to his native North Carolina and strives to create a great patient environment with focus on quality patient care.

- Sharon Newton, MPT
Sharon graduated from UNC with her Master's Degree in P.T. She has been active in the P.T. field for 23 years.Sharon has worked primarily in orthopedic out- patient clinics but also has experience in home health, assisted living and in-patient hospital settings. She was the clinic supervisor in two of these practices. Sharon is a manual P.T. with a passion for treating the TMJ, shoulders and headaches. She also has experience with vestibular and balance issues as well as cancer rehab.
